I welcomed a sophisticated woman from the U.S. She was traveling in Japan on her own. Such independence and curiosity of hers made the tea ceremony experience deepen. I enjoyed a lot making two kinds of matcha tea for her. Those teas come with a lot of Japanese sweets. I believe she enjoyed all.  At the last part of the program, she tried to make matcha tea herself even she drunk it for the first time. Good job, Steph!
